Privacy notice

GreenZn uses information submitted by email or inquiry solely to respond to business, sample, document, quotation and technical-support requests.

Information you provide

This may include your name, company, country or region, email address, product interests and the content of your request. Please do not send confidential formulas, personal health information or sensitive personal information through the public website.

Website inquiries

When you confirm an inquiry, our server emails the details to Daniel Cheng and Ashley Zhu using our company email service. Your email address is used as the reply address; no local email application is required and this does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Inquiry and delivery records are kept in protected server storage for up to 30 days during active operation to prevent duplicates and investigate sending problems. Our team may retain the resulting email correspondence to handle your request. Hashed network and email identifiers are used temporarily to limit abusive submissions.

AI Advisor

The public advisor uses OpenAI to interpret your question and respond using GreenZn's published product, formulation and document information. Your question, recent conversation and relevant public source extracts are sent to OpenAI for processing. If you choose voice input and allow microphone access, your recording is sent to OpenAI for transcription. GreenZn does not save these recordings or chat transcripts on its server, and this advisor does not save chat history in browser storage. Use New visitor to clear the current conversation. OpenAI's own processing and retention policies apply. Public answers and application maps are not legal, medical or final formulation-safety advice. AI-generated application opportunities are identified as hypotheses requiring validation.

Editorial subscriptions

If you subscribe, your email address, selected topics and consent are stored by our shared GreenDee subscription service with GreenZn and English preferences. Subscription records are separate from enquiries. English digests are sent at most once per week, with a monthly focus replacing a weekly digest. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not automatically add enquiry contacts or Chinese-site subscribers.
